Olympic Skier and Lilly Diabetes Representative Kris Freeman spoke to the campers about how to achieve their dreams no matter what obstacles might come their way. Kris spent the day enjoying activities with campers such as archery, basketball and horseback. Kris is competing in the 2018 Winter Olympics this year – we will be cheering him on!

Team Novo Nordisk Runner Stephen England spoke to the campers about his journey with Type 1 Diabetes and how it has taken him to where he is today. Stephen madesure to answer each campers question and give them encouragement for their future. He recently competed in the Fat Dog 120 where he says he ran for “all of the cool #T1D kids” he met at Camp Seale Harris! Thanks for running for us and continuing to advocate for T1D, Stephen!

Lions Clubs from across South Alabama traveled to Coastal Camp Seale Harris to serve our campers delicious meals such as: chicken & mashed potatoes, BBQ and hamburgers! Campers look forward to the nights that the Lions come and cook for them and we are so appreciative for all that the Lions do for Camp Seale Harris.
